What we collect

When you visit: the domain name in the page address, your IP address, browser type, referring page and advertising click identifier. We keep IP addresses for 90 days and use this data to measure our advertising and prevent abuse.

When you order: your name, email address, company name, billing address and EU VAT number (if you give them), the domain you provide, the plan and the amount paid. We pass your billing details to Stripe to process the payment, calculate VAT and issue your invoice. Card details are entered on Stripe's page; we never see them. We use your data to deliver the service, send your confirmation and reports, invoice, and answer your questions. Invoices are retained as required by Hungarian accounting law (8 years).

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (service delivery), legal obligation (invoicing and accounting), and our legitimate interest (measuring advertising, preventing abuse).

Processors

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments and invoices), Google Ireland Ltd. (advertising measurement), our server and email hosting providers, and the indexing service providers we use to submit page addresses to search engines. Page addresses are public information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing info@foundably.co. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or the authority in your country of residence.

Cookies

We use no cookies of our own. If Google Ads conversion measurement is enabled on this site, we ask for your consent first. Until you accept, Google receives no advertising cookies from us (Google Consent Mode, with all measurement set to "denied" by default). If you accept, Google may set cookies to measure which ads bring visitors and orders.

Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (key "fb_consent"), not in a cookie, and you can change it any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
